Authenticated remote code execution via unsafe SpEL evaluation

Code injection in OpenMetadata before 1.3.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary operating-system commands via policy updates. PolicyRepository.prepare passes each attacker-controlled rule condition to CompiledRule.validateExpression, which evaluates it with StandardEvaluationContext before the authorization check. A valid non-admin JWT reaches the endpoint, and the expression can invoke Java Runtime methods with the server process's permissions.
