Service interruption via unreleased idle connections

Resource exhaustion in CoreWCF before 1.4.2 and 1.5.0 through 1.5.1 allows remote attackers to interrupt NetTcp services. The NetFraming connection-abort path calls ConnectionContext.Abort without an exception, causing ASP.NET Core to shut down the socket cleanly rather than reset it while idle connections remain established. Unauthenticated network reachability is limited to NetTcpBinding; accumulated pre-handshake or post-session idle connections consume server resources until service availability is lost.
