CLI crash via out-of-bounds EXIF value read

Heap-based buffer overflow in Jhead 3.08 allows attackers to crash the CLI while it parses crafted JPEG EXIF GPS data. ProcessGpsInfo derives a value pointer and byte count from untrusted EXIF directory fields, after which PrintFormatNumber reads eight bytes beyond the allocated JPEG section. A user or automated workflow must run Jhead on the supplied image; the demonstrated consequence is a segmentation fault, not code execution.
