Incorrect authorization in JetBrains YouTrack before 2024.1.25893 allows remote authenticated users to restore issues and articles. JetBrains has not published the affected handler or the missing authorization check behind the restore operations. A low-privileged authenticated account can reinstate deleted issue and knowledge-base content, changing application data without the required permission.
