Unauthenticated service interruption via unbounded request delays

Denial of service in the nGrinder controller before 3.5.9 allows remote attackers to interrupt its web service via crafted HTTP requests. The /check/healthcheck_slow endpoint passes an unrestricted delay value to ThreadUtils.sleep, keeping each request-processing thread occupied. No authentication is required, and enough concurrent requests with large delays exhaust the Tomcat thread pool and block the controller web service.
