Information exposure in JetBrains TeamCity 2023.11 through 2023.11.3 allows remote attackers to disclose password-type build parameters. JetBrains has not published which TeamCity component or operation mishandles these custom password parameters. Exploitation requires user interaction and exposes only the secret parameter value, with no reported ability to modify builds or interrupt service.
