DCT traffic interception via stale validation state

Improper certificate validation in Jenkins Delphix Plugin 3.0.1 through 3.1.0 allows man-in-the-middle attackers to intercept DCT traffic. The global certificate-validation option fails to apply its enabled state to existing DCT connection handling, leaving certificate checks disabled until Jenkins restarts. Exploitation requires a man-in-the-middle position after an administrator switches validation from disabled to enabled, allowing DCT traffic to be read or modified.
