Authenticated build triggering via unchecked HTTP endpoint
Published Mar 6, 2024 · Updated Feb 13, 2025
Missing authorization in Jenkins Subversion Partial Release Manager Plugin 1.0.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to trigger builds. The build-triggering HTTP endpoint omits the authorization check that should gate its scheduling operation. Any account with Item/Read permission can start an affected job, causing its configured build actions to run without the normally required build permission.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
