Stored XSS via unescaped report frame labels

Stored XSS in Jenkins HTML Publisher Plugin 1.32 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute script in report viewers' browsers. HtmlPublisher.publishReports inserts job names, report names, and index titles into generated report-frame HTML and JavaScript without attribute escaping. Item/Configure permission is required to store the crafted labels, and a viewer must open the affected report for the script to run.
