Stored XSS and path probing via legacy fallback

Stored XSS in Jenkins HTML Publisher Plugin 1.16 through 1.32 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts via legacy reports. The legacy compatibility fallback replaces only spaces in a configured report name, then uses that value to resolve archived report directories and URLs without neutralizing script or traversal syntax. Item/Configure permission and a report created in 1.15 or earlier are required; successful use stores browser-executed script and reveals only whether controller paths exist.
