CVE-2024-28145Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Unauthenticated SQL injection via unsanitized connector parameters

Published Dec 12, 2024 · Updated Nov 3, 2025

SQL injection in Image Access Scan2Net before 7.40 allows remote attackers to read database data through crafted HTTP GET parameters. The /class/dbconnect.php connector uses the search, table, field, and value parameters in database queries without adequate neutralization, enabling UNION-based query manipulation. Network access to the scanner web interface is sufficient; no Scan2Net account is required, and the published proof extracts the database server version with the s2n database user's rights.
