Authenticated command execution via Twig escaper redefinition

Code injection in GetGrav Grav before 1.7.45 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands through crafted page content. Grav exposes Twig's core EscaperExtension through the template context, and setEscaper accepts an attacker-chosen callable without validating it. An administrative user with page creation or editing permission must enable unsandboxed Twig processing, after which commands run with the Grav process's privileges.
