Server-side template injection in Peering Manager 1.8.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute operating-system commands. The render_jinja2 function processed stored template text with Jinja2's unrestricted Environment, exposing Python objects to template expressions. A highly privileged user must store malicious template text and a second user must render it; execution can read or change host data.
