Terminal output injection via unsanitized argv

Terminal escape injection in util-linux wall 2.40 and earlier allows local users to alter other users' terminal output through argv. In term-utils/wall.c, the argv message path writes each argument with fputs instead of the control-character-filtering fputs_careful used for stdin. Exposure requires a privileged wall installation and enabled terminal messages; crafted sequences can spoof terminal content and, in environment-dependent scenarios, capture credentials.
