Plaintext message injection via security-mode downgrade

Improper certificate validation in Samsung Exynos Modem 5300 allows man-in-the-middle attackers to inject plaintext messages via adjacent networks. Samsung has not published the affected protocol handler or the exact validation error that accepts the security-mode downgrade. Exploitation requires an unauthenticated attacker in a man-in-the-middle position, and the documented consequence is message integrity loss without confidentiality or availability impact.
