Server crash via unbounded email payload parsing

Resource exhaustion in Mattermost Server 8.1.0 through 8.1.9 allows remote authenticated users to crash the server via a large email payload. The email-payload ingestion path reads and parses attacker-controlled content without enforcing a payload-size limit. A valid low-privilege account and a sufficiently large payload are required, and the resulting resource exhaustion interrupts the server.
