Local device crash via msg_iovlen integer overflow

Integer overflow in the LiteOS-A kernel in OpenHarmony 4.0.0 through 4.1.0 allows local users to crash the operating system. Message-vector validation checks the signed int msg_iovlen value without first converting it to size_t, permitting overflow. Low privileges and local execution are required; exploitation interrupts availability, with no reported data disclosure or modification.
