Authenticated root command execution via unsanitized timer1

OS command injection in MC Technologies MC-LR Router 2.10.5 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary root commands. The /cgi-bin/p/adm/io form handler inserts the timer1 HTTP parameter directly into a /usr/sbin/vout command passed to system without sanitization. Administrative web-interface access is required, and injected commands run with root privileges on the router.
