Authenticated root command execution via btn1 injection

OS command injection in MC Technologies MC LR Router 2.10.5 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands via HTTP. The /wbm/cgi-bin/p/adm/io form handler inserts the untrusted btn1 value into a /usr/sbin/vout command string and passes it to system without sanitization. Access to the I/O configuration endpoint requires high-privilege authentication, and injected commands run with root privileges.
