Command execution via batch-file argument injection

Command injection in affected Node.js releases allows attackers to execute arbitrary commands through batch-file arguments on Windows. child_process.spawn and spawnSync pass attacker-influenced arguments to .bat or .cmd files without safely separating them from command-shell syntax. An application must invoke a batch file with attacker-controlled arguments; injected commands run with the Node.js process privileges.
