File overwrite via traversing temporary-file prefixes or suffixes

Path traversal in Deno before 1.41.1 allows remote attackers to create or overwrite files outside permitted temporary directories. The Deno.makeTemp* APIs validate write permission against the base directory but append an unvalidated prefix or suffix containing traversal segments when constructing the final path. Code execution within the runtime is required, and the resulting write can alter files reachable through the crafted path despite the directory grant.
