CVE-2024-27927Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Internal network disclosure via unvalidated route hosts

Published Mar 6, 2024 · Updated Aug 5, 2024

SSRF in RSSHub before 1.0.0-master.a429472 allows remote attackers to read partial responses from arbitrary HTTP GET targets. The /mastodon/acct, /zjol/paper, and /m4 route handlers place attacker-controlled host components into outbound request URLs without adequate destination validation. Unauthenticated network access is sufficient to probe internal addresses and ports or amplify service load through large or chained requests.
