Unrestricted file upload in GetGrav Grav before 1.7.43 allows remote authenticated users with page-write access to execute code. The page-save endpoint accepts data[_json][header][form] from non-administrators, and the form save action writes a .phar filename absent extension blocking. A regular account that can create pages can plant PHP in the web-accessible user/data path and run commands with the web server's privileges.
