Authenticated page-access bypass via late security initialization

Improper authorization in Sulu 2.2.0 through 2.4.16 and 2.5.0-alpha1 through 2.5.12 allows remote authenticated users to access restricted pages. During request routing, Sulu selects the webspace security system too late, allowing Symfony's existing-route shortcut to bypass the page permission check. Exploitation requires an authenticated account and a webspace with both a security system and permission checking enabled, and grants page access outside the account's assigned role.
