Out-of-bounds access in Metal on affected Apple platforms allows remote attackers to crash apps or execute arbitrary code. On macOS, AMDRadeonX6000MTLDriver writes crafted KTX data past an allocated buffer; Apple has not disclosed corresponding loci elsewhere. Exploitation requires Metal framework interaction and attacker-controlled KTX processing, with code running in the current process.
