Arbitrary code execution via PPM buffer overflow

Out-of-bounds write in Apple ImageIO on iOS and iPadOS before 17.5, macOS before 14.5, and visionOS before 1.2 allows attackers to execute code. Crafted PPM image data causes ImageIO to write past the end of an allocated buffer. Exploitation requires a process to parse the image; delivered files require user interaction under the published assessment, and code runs in that process context.
