Network packet spoofing via IPv6 PRNG race

Kernel race condition in affected Apple operating systems allows attackers in a privileged network position to spoof IPv6 fragments. Concurrent XNU IPv6 Fragment ID generation updates shared pseudorandom-generator state without adequate locking, exposing state used to predict future IDs. Attackers able to observe the required packets can inject predicted fragments to partially alter UDP datagrams or TCP segments, including NFS writes and HTTP requests.
