Authenticated script execution via crafted fromdate parameter
Published Mar 22, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024
Cross-site scripting in CampCodes Online Marriage Registration System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in a victim browser. The administrative report-details page processes the fromdate request parameter without neutralizing script-capable input before generating the response. Exploitation requires a logged-in attacker to submit a crafted request and another user to open the resulting page, allowing script execution in that user's application origin.
