Administrative session persistence via missing cookie invalidation

Session expiration failure in affected FortiSandbox and FortiIsolator releases allows remote attackers with an admin cookie to retain access. The authentication mechanism does not invalidate an existing administrator session cookie when the associated administrator account is deleted. Exploitation requires possession of that cookie and preserves its administrative authority, enabling continued access to protected data and administrative functions after account removal.
