Arbitrary file read via path traversal

Path traversal in AuthInterceptor in Huayi Intelligence JeeWMS 3.7 and earlier allows remote attackers to read arbitrary server files. AuthInterceptor accepts paths beginning with rest/ before normalization, while cgformTemplateController.showPic joins unchecked code and path values to the upload directory. No authentication is required; disclosure is limited to files readable by the JeeWMS server process.
