Unauthenticated code execution via login email SQL injection
Published Mar 1, 2024 · Updated Aug 28, 2024
SQL injection in SourceCodester Petrol Pump Management Software 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute code through the login email field. The index.php login path passes the submitted email address to a database query without neutralizing SQL syntax, and a quote-terminated SELECT SLEEP(10) payload delays the response. The public login form requires no prior authentication, and the documented delay demonstrates database-query control; the CNA also reports arbitrary code execution.
