Stored XSS via unescaped to-do title

Stored XSS in Leantime 3.0.6 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in another user's browser via a to-do title. A crafted to-do title is stored and later rendered as active HTML on the project overview, so an SVG onload handler executes. Creating the to-do requires account access, and a second user must open the affected dashboard; execution runs in that user's session.
