Privilege escalation via unprotected administrative requests

Cross-site request forgery in GNU Savane 3.12 and earlier allows remote attackers to escalate privileges through administrative requests. The siteadmin/usergroup.php and siteadmin/user_changepw.php endpoints accept state-changing POST requests without validating a CSRF token, permitting password and administrative-flag changes. Exploitation requires a Savane administrator in superuser mode to open attacker-controlled content; successful abuse enables account takeover or creation of an attacker-controlled administrator.
