CVE-2024-27627Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Browser script execution via unencoded email reflection

Published Mar 5, 2024 · Updated Aug 5, 2024

Reflected cross-site scripting in Inforest Communications SuperCali 1.1.0 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript via an email value. The bad_password.php page reflects the email parameter into its HTML response without context-appropriate output encoding, causing supplied markup to execute as script. Exploitation requires a user to open a crafted request, and the injected code runs in that user's browser origin with access to page data in that session.
