Authenticated template expression injection via Breadcrumbs editing

Server-side template injection in CMS Made Simple 2.2.19 allows remote authenticated users to evaluate Smarty expressions in page output. The Design Manager stores unneutralized expressions entered while editing the Breadcrumbs template, and Smarty evaluates them when the affected page renders. Administrative access and a separate page visit are required; demonstrated arithmetic payloads alter rendered output, while broader code execution is not established.
