Stored XSS via unsanitized filter name

Stored XSS in Eramba Community Edition 3.22.3 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in another user's browser via a filter name. The custom filter function stores the name without neutralizing an injected HTML event handler and renders it when Manage Filter is opened. An authenticated attacker must create the filter and a user must open it; the script then runs in that user's browser context.
