Host crash via unbounded CONTINUATION frames

Denial of service in Tempesta FW before 0.7.1 allows remote attackers to crash the host via an HTTP/2 CONTINUATION-frame flood. Its HTTP/2 processing accepts empty CONTINUATION frames until END_HEADERS while default rate limits do not constrain the sequence, exhausting host memory. An attacker must reach an HTTP/2 listener; successful exploitation triggers an out-of-memory crash, with no reported data exposure or modification.
