Arbitrary file read via absolute path traversal

Absolute path traversal in INOTEC WebServer CPS220/64 3.3.19 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files through the web interface. The /cgi-bin/display endpoint accepts the file parameter as an absolute filesystem path without constraining it to an authorized content directory. No authentication or user interaction is required, and retrieved files can disclose account data, configuration, and other host information.
