Server-side request forgery in dirk1983 ChatGPT commit f9f4bbc allows remote attackers to make arbitrary server-side requests. pictureproxy.php passes the unauthenticated url query value directly from $_GET to file_get_contents without destination or scheme validation. The endpoint can reach internal web services and, without PHP open_basedir restrictions, return local file contents.
