Server-side request forgery in WonderCMS 3.1.3 allows remote authenticated users to make arbitrary server-side requests through pluginThemeUrl. The addCustomThemePluginRepository path passes a crafted repository URL through getFileFromRepo to cURL without restricting its destination. A valid admin session and action token are required; exploitation can probe or access HTTP services reachable from the CMS host.
