Authenticated SSRF via unrestricted plugin URL

SSRF in WonderCMS 3.1.3 allows remote authenticated users to make the server request arbitrary URLs through the plugin installer. installUpdateThemePluginAction passes the unvalidated installThemePlugin value directly to cURL with redirects enabled before checking only whether the URL contains .zip. An administrator session and valid action token are required; the server can consequently probe services reachable from its network.
