Unauthenticated command execution via unrestricted file upload

Unrestricted file upload in VvvebJs 1.7.2 allows remote attackers to execute commands by sending crafted files to upload.php. The endpoint accepts an attacker-supplied .htaccess file and then a PHP payload with an alternate extension without enforcing an upload type restriction. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful requests run attacker-controlled commands in the web server context.
