Unauthenticated code execution via Content-ID path traversal

Path traversal in MailDev 2.0.0 through 2.1.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a crafted attachment Content-ID. In lib/mailserver.js, path.join uses the untrusted Content-ID directly when choosing a temporary attachment path, permitting writes outside the intended directory. An unauthenticated sender who can reach the SMTP service can overwrite routes.js; execution occurs when the service reloads the modified routing code.
