Stored XSS via unescaped Media RSS tooltip

Stored XSS in NextGEN Gallery before 3.59.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute script through a Media RSS tooltip. The NextGEN Media RSS widget stores the tooltip setting without sanitization or output escaping and inserts it into page markup. Administrator privileges are needed to save the setting, and a visitor must view the site and hover over the icon or text to run the script.
