Storage outage via reserved-tag deadlock

Improper locking in the Linux kernel's NVMe-over-RDMA initiator from 5.12 allows local users to block admin-queue reconnection. During controller reset, a keep-alive request retains the sole reserved admin-queue tag while the shared fabric queue needs that tag for its connect command. Reaching the flaw requires local low-privileged access and an active NVMe-over-RDMA setup; affected storage remains disconnected indefinitely.
