Kernel-memory disclosure via uninitialized cpumap metadata

Use of uninitialized memory in the Linux kernel cpumap code allows local users to read stale kernel data through XDP metadata. When a cpumap-attached XDP program runs, kernel/bpf/cpumap.c passes an uninitialized xdp_rxq_info through xdp_buff, exposing its contents as xdp_md->rx_queue_index. The disclosed behavior requires local low-privileged access and a cpumap-attached XDP program; the concrete published impact is kernel-memory disclosure.
