Local denial of service via net namespace leak

Missing memory release in the Linux kernel IPv6 address-query path allows local users to exhaust resources through crafted netlink requests. When inet6_rtm_getaddr() receives IFA_TARGET_NETNSID without IFA_ADDRESS or IFA_LOCAL, its error path returns EINVAL without dropping the acquired struct net reference. Low-privileged local access is required, and repeated requests can deplete kernel resources and interrupt host services.
