Kernel disruption via remote_id data race

Race condition in the Linux kernel MPTCP path manager allows remote attackers to disrupt kernel operation through concurrent subflow activity. Connection and path-manager code reads and writes subflow remote_id values without READ_ONCE and WRITE_ONCE annotations, permitting unsynchronized identifier access. MPTCP must be enabled and exercised; public advisories do not identify whether exploitation produces a hang, crash, reboot, or another observable failure.
