CVE-2024-27320Public exploit

Arbitrary code execution via CSV label eval

Published Sep 12, 2024 · Updated Sep 12, 2024

Code injection in Refuel Autolabel 0.0.8 and newer allows attackers to execute Python code through a crafted classification CSV file. ClassificationTaskValidate.validate passes bracket-wrapped label_column values directly to eval without parsing or restricting executable expressions. Execution requires a victim to load the malicious dataset for a classification task with validation enabled, and the injected code runs with that user's process privileges.
