Memory disclosure or crash via unterminated assertion buffer

Out-of-bounds read in ONNX 1.15.0 and earlier allows local users to disclose process memory or crash an application through an assertion. The barf function in onnx/common/assertions.cc passes a 2,048-byte buffer to vsnprintf without reserving and enforcing a final null terminator, after which std::string reads beyond the buffer. Exploitation requires user interaction and an assertion path influenced by local input; the published impact is limited to low memory disclosure and process interruption.
